What is a Bunion?

A Bunion is when the bone or tissue at the joint at the bottom of the big toe moves out of place. Wearing tight or narrow shoes may cause Bunions or make them worse. Bunions can also develop as a result of an inherited structural defect, stress on your foot or a medical condition, such as arthritis.
